Aggression Dialogue Work |
|
Using dialogue-based
confrontation to develop
Aggression as a Resource
The Aggression Dialogue Work is based in the field of Bodypsychotherapy. It opens a way to experimentally and playfully encounter one's own shadow sides and strengths, while simultaneously engaging in dialogue with a counterpart. The aggression-dialogue work aims at detoxifying destructive aggression and integrating the inherent fertile power of positive aggression into the self.
What makes this approach central:
1. Integrating aggression plays a key role to personal development.
2. Aggressive force needs awareness.
3. Contaminated aggression needs transformation.
4. Bodywork on aggression in Dialogue Confrontations supports relationship. |
